Replacement Cartridges

Cartridges should be changed every 6 months using the following steps:

1. Remove cartridge from the box and unwrap it.
2. Next, click on “Install Cartridge” in the app. Then, scan the QR Code on the replacement cartridge.
3. Remove the old cartridge from the eTrapp.
4. Insert the new cartridge into the eTrapp and turn it clockwise until locked. The green light should come on.
5. Next, check the app to verify installation.
