Simply register via the ProPortal, review the eTrapp installation procedures, and you will gain access to the ProPortal to manage all your eTrapp devices.

When an HVAC Professional signs up through the eTrapp ProPortal, the full power and value of the eTrapp condensate treatment system becomes available. When using the ProPortal to monitor and manage every individually installed eTrapp, the HVAC Pro will achieve the highest levels of customer care.

As the HVAC Pro installs a unit, it is automatically uploaded to the cloud and will show up in the Pro’s dashboard, where you can monitor the cartridge life and system performance. Any eTrapp that is in alert status is displayed on the dashboard as well as any units in need of cartridge replacement. The geo-location of each installed device is shown on a map, and the status of the device is color-coded to quickly show any units in need of attention.

The HVAC Pro’s company can choose a wholesale partner to work with to easily facilitate access to eTrapps and cartridges. The ProPortal can also function as a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool enabling the company to register technicians employed by the Pro and assign work orders. Through the ProPortal, the HVAC Pro can message customers and wholesalers to better support the installed eTrapps. The HVAC Pro can also participate in the Rewards Program, where points are earned for each unit installed. These points can be redeemed for high-quality outdoor products from KYSEK, such as coolers, soft-side ice chests, and more.

Dashboard

The Dashboard offers a full snapshot of all functions and the ability to drill down for more details, such as monitoring eTrapp alerts, cartridge alerts, a map of installed units, and more.

Overview

The Network Operations Center is the customer care platform used to monitor all the installed eTrapps and provide information such as device status, eTrapp water levels, cartridge life, and more.

Cartridges

View individual eTrapp cartridges including the location, life, number installed, and an order analysis.

Care Center

This screen offers a view of each individual eTrapp customer, the pro that installed the unit, the number of units installed, the unit’s age, any issue with the unit, and the technician assigned to respond.
