How It Works

Algae and fungus build-up in the condensate drain line has historically resulted in clogged lines and flooding. The eTrapp can prevent this occurrence by chemically treating the condensate output.

The eTrapp Filters Condensate

All condensate output is forced to flow through a proprietary cartridge located in the center of the eTrapp system. The chemical treatment of the condensate prevents algae and fungus build-up in the condensate drain line.

Condensate Level Sensing & Sewage Gas Backflow Prevention

The eTrapp monitors condensate levels via a proprietary electronic sensor array to ensure it remains at the appropriate level for the A/C system. The condensate level monitor ensures that there is always a water barrier to prevent the backflow of sewer gas.

A/C System Environment Monitoring & Reporting

The eTrapp uses wireless and Bluetooth capability to report info to the app.

  1. eTrapp’s easy to read dashboard provides real-time system status
  2. Shows dynamic display of condensate levels in the system
  3. Monitors cartridge life and displays time to change
  4. Reports on temperature and humidity where the A/C unit is located and the outside environment
  5. Quick navigation to cartridge changes, alerts, and other installed devices
  1. Device management displays all the installed devices managed by the eTrapp system
  2. Quickly review and edit multiple eTrapp units
  3. Add eTrapp units or new smart sensors to the system
  4. See the status of all connected devices on one screen
